Here's a little encouragement -- and a cyber hug from my ancient pal Isaiah: (Isa 40:27-31) "Your way is not hidden from the Lord! It is the enemy who is telling you how tough things are -- and there is just enough truth in what he says to tickle your ears -- (I KNOW from personal experience, my friend, I KNOW!)
Three boys are a challenge -- but here's the praise: you *do* know where they are when they underfoot -- and you still have plenty of time to get them shaped up, God willing, before they ship out. These ARE tough days and I pray soon God shows you how HE will meet your needs for fellowship and quiet time. And I pray that God gives your busy boys quiet spirits so you can have some time for yourself, even if you can't take off just now. Christians GET TIRED -- our Lord got tired -- and He managed to get away for prayer and that's what I really want for you -- Susannah Wesley raised 19 children -- and her husband wasn't always there -- or well-liked -- and she could only escape at times by throwing her apron over her head -- and the kids didn't bother her. I pray that God shows you how to train your trio to cease and desist for a few moments of restorative time. Sleep -- eat and take care of your soul with the Lord -- Depression can overtake tired women and wreck our equilibrium.
God bless you -- and I prayer you feel your Savior's touch ASAP!
